Caffeine Symptoms

Headache, the most common symptom, which affects at least of 50% of people in caffeine withdrawal

Definitely the most noticable one.

Fatigue or drowsiness

Definitely

"Unhappy" mood, depression, or irritability

Not noticably, but others around me may think otherwise...

Difficulty concentrating

Not that noticably

Flu-like symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, muscle pain, and stiffness.

Definite nausea and stiffness

Think I had the best night's sleep in years last night. Certainly feeling a lot better this morning than I did last night. Headache is pretty much gone at the moment. Nausea is still there to an extent. Just feel drowsy more than anything else today.

um....it may be a stupidly obvious comment, but have you tried caffeine free tea, or herbal tea? (cherry and cinnamon limited edition mmmm.....)

Seem to just be drinking a lot of water at the moment (do have some caffeine free fake coffee stuff too though - hmmmm acorns...)

Been there, not got the TShirt unfortunately. Periodically I give up tea for a few days just to check I still can and also because it helps me stay away from the dizzying 15 cups a day thing I got into during Finals/Dissertation. It isn't pleasant :S

If you don't like decaff tea (and much of it is digusting though not all) there's always White Tea which is naturally decaffinated, all my Christmas tea is white tea for reasons best known to myself. Sadly I feel herbal teas don't count as tea but thy're still an option *g*

Similar storey here this time really.

I'm getting the withdrawl symptoms so often I think it's probably better to get them out the way and then start drink it less.

Would much prefer to drink tea socially rather than habitually.
