I wonder what happens if the people on board really don't get on and can't agree which way to go...
Also you'd get the really bolshie guy who refuses to pedal until someone lets him steer...

Yep, the conference bike is definitely a spectator sport!

Even more fun if the ring in the middle were the steering wheel, so all seven could have a hand in deciding which way to go :-D

What would be even more fun would be if you each had a stearing wheel and at any given moment only one worked entirely at random...

...not sure how you'd build that though.
