Our village phone box is under threat so I've forwarded this in case it sparks ideas.
If they did it in cambridge, they would have to have 3/4 of the post box dedicated to computers, tea rooms, video rooms, machines for checking out books, comfy sofas, play areas, and other things not necessarily needed in a library.
