Argh.... I Hate Phone Companies

OK, TalkTalk may be really cheap, but they don't know the first thing about customer service.

Having spent ages trying to convince them they've overcharged me, which they had, they agreed to calculate how much they've overcharged me and credit my account with it. However, they plainly refused to let me know how much they're crediting my account with.

Oh well, I suppose you get what you pay for and it's NTLs fault I'm paying anything for phonecalls anyway.

Anyone know if there's an 01223 number that will get me through to the switchboard for the Cambridge student phone system?
