Don't be silly, undergraduates don't read books, they sit in libraries talking on mobile phones.

I think someone has confused 'undergraduates' with 'underaged'. Unless of course they think all underaged drinking is done by fresher scots.

I once found a book on our library supplier's website called something like "A headteacher's guide to OFSTED inspections", labelled "interest level: 7 - 11 years."

Besides, they do start drinking younger and younger these days...
